CEC ArtsLink is an international arts service organization with programs that encourage and support the exchange of artists and cultural managers between the US and Central Europe, Russia and Eurasia. CEC sends Public Art & Urban Design Consultant, Kendal Henry and Comedian, Teacher and Performer, Charlie Todd with CEC Project Manager, Anastasia Tolstaya (Nastya) to Petrozavodsk, Russia to lecture, conduct workshops and collaborate on public art projects.
